Intermediate Squad

Intermediate Squad introduces swimmers to fitness sets building aerobic and anaerobic fitness and endurance in a squad of 15 maximum.

 

Core skills that are the focus of Intermediate squad include:

 

  • Building fitness and endurance

  • Continual refinement of technique

  • Competition training

  • Competition starts and turns

  • Weekly focus stroke

 

Intermediate squad builds the foundations to graduate to Senior Squad.
